If you are dissatisfied with your purchased item, we can not guaranteed a credit for that item, until we understand fully the reason for your displeasure. We will do our best to understand you. Please read under ‘Returns and Exchanges’ for further details. If you have been approved for a credit, you will be charged for a shipping return and this charge must be paid before we will take back your purchased item.
We are a small company and have only the resources to be available to our shippers twice a week. If you would like a 2 day air shipment, you will have to contact us for a special exception, if we can comply. This is not guaranteed. We will do our best to keep you informed when we send out your shipment and we are hoping you will be patient with our shipping methods.
Special deliveries can only be made with an additional payment after a completed sale. We will send you an invoice for the additional shipping charge. For all special deliveries, we must be paid the additional express delivery before we will ship on any special order.
